I am not the most organised of Christmas Shoppers, preferring to leave it to the last minute. However there are many people out there who are more organised. The early birds still have enough time to pop into my studio and commission a bespoke gift for delivery before Christmas.
For the last minute brigade the window is closing fast. You will still be able to buy stock items from me at the studio last minute. A new outlet for me this year. I am one of the Muswell Hill Creatives who have a residence at Tash and Tanya’s new shop on Alexandre Park Road. (They didn’t go far from their old site.) You will find a hand picked selection of gift ideas from members. And do I need to mention that T&T’s new shop is filled to the brim with great gift ideas.
For several reasons I haven’t been at many markets this year, and my last two markets of the year will be November. The last MHC Makers Fair is scheduled to be in our usual spot, St James’ Square, N10. We will be trading on Saturday 22 from 10.30am until 4pm. I will be bringing lots of items that make great Christmas gifts, belts, wallets, bags and other small accessories, and my order book will still be open for small commissions.
The following week I will be at Handmade in Highgate from 28 – 30 November. I love this event, it always draws a great selection of makers with some brilliant gift ideas.
And of course you are more than welcome to visit me in my studio. This can be in person, but please do call ahead to ensure I haven’t had to pop out for some reason. Or, if you can’t physically pop in, we have the option of a phone or video call.
