Muswell Hill Creatives Spring Fair – postponed until 29 May
Well if it isn’t Covid that stops us from getting out and about, it’s the weather.
Myself and the other Muswell Hill Creatives were planning to hold one of our much loved fairs at St James’ Square in Muswell Hill this weekend, Saturday 8 May 2021. We even invited some lovely guests along to join in, and they were all excited too.
A poor weather forecast has meant that we had to make the hard decision to postpone until Saturday 29 May. Fingers crossed the weather is kinder then. May is supposed to be one of the summer months after all.
MHC Pop up at Stella’s Room, Muswell Hill, 10-16 May 2021
In the meantime, I won’t be sitting around twiddling my thumbs until then. Muswell Hill Creatives have a pop up shop in Stella’s Room from Monday 10th May to Sunday 16th May. Hours are as follows:
Monday 10 May – Friday 14 May 9 am – 5.30 p
Saturday 15 May 10 am – 6 pm
Sunday 16 May 11 am – 4 pm
At least one, usually two MHC member will be around to assist any shoppers, all socially distanced of course.
Handmade in Highgate, Designer/Maker Spring Fair, 21-23 May 2021
The following week I will have a table at the fantastic Handmade in Highgate Spring Fair. As always there is a great selection of Designer/Makers who will be coming along to display their talents. This one is indoors, so there is less the weather can do to stop us. As for the last event, all the necessary Covid precautions will be in place. Do pop along to the Highgate Literary and Scientific Institution at 11 South Grove, Highgate N6 6BS to take a look, maybe have one of Shuk’s fabulous cakes. (I know I will be tempted over the weekend).
Come see us at the following times:
Friday 21st May 5pm – 8pm
Sat 22nd May 10 am – 6 pm
Sun 23rd May 11 am – 5 pm
Then we are back to Saturday 29 May, and you will find the Muswell Hill Creatives enjoying some summery weather at our rescheduled Spring Fair – at least I hope so.
At each of these events you can browse a selection of premade belts, card wallets, bags and other accessories all handmade and handstitched by me in my Wood Green Studio. I will also have my order book with me to take bespoke orders.
