The much loved Highgate Fair in the Square N6 is back on 11 June 2022. After being cancelled the last two years due to the pandemic, it is great to see it back. It is such a popular event that getting a place is difficult. I consider myself very lucky to be invited to attend.

I will be show casing some of my new box bags in brighter colours. Most of you will know that I most often use traditional English bridle leather to make my bags, and other accessories, but I had the opportunity to buy some of this stunning sky blue lamport leather, and I couldn’t resist. I also got some green and red…
It is beautiful leather to work with, and makes up into beautiful bags. The finish isn’t quite as shiny as the bridle leather, and gets a lovely patina with use. I get the colour “pop” without resorting to bright linen thread or lining.
Of course I do have a couple of stunning Sedgwick’s English bridle leather bags in stock. Some with, some without, colourful lining and stitching that give that “pop”.
Or perhaps you would prefer to experience designing your own bag. I am happy to take you through the options, and make it up for you. You chose the style, leather, fittings, lining and thread and I make it up. The end result will be a design that is truly unique to you.
I will also have a selection of pre-made belts and other leather accessories for sale on the stall.
