It’s official, markets really are starting up again after the Corona Virus lockdown.
I am very excited to have been invited to be one of the first stall holders at an exciting new opportunity. Boulevard Market is a new weekly market located in Islington Square, London N1. It’s situated in the old North London Postal Sorting Office. This will run from Friday to Sunday each week. I hope you can come along and make this a great success.
Many of the events I planned to attend were either cancelled or postponed so it is good to be able to find new markets to attend. Canopy Market is now back and running, and from October hopes to return to it’s usual location in the West Canopy.
Please note that the situation is still ever changing, and some of the following events haven’t yet been confirmed. I am looking out for other opportunities, so keep checking back for updates.
Boulevard Market, Islington Square, Upper Street, N1 – 4 – 6 September 2020, Fri 12 noon – 8 pm, Sat and Sun 10 am to 5 pm
Their website says … “Bringing together and supporting independent, local, ethical and sustainable food producers and crafts traders, Boulevard Market is the perfect meeting point and way to shop, every weekend, at Islington Square. Amongst all else, at Boulevard Market you can expect to find fresh produce, artisan food & drink, street food, designer-makers and handmade craft.”
Handmade in Highgate, The Highgate Literary & Scientific Institution – 25 – 27 September 2020
I am hoping that nothing gets in the way of this being held. It is a fantastic venue in the heart of Highgate and always attracts some fantastic stalls.
Muswell Hill Creatives Fair, St James Square, Muswell Hill – 3 October 2020
Myself and all the other Muswell Hill Creatives hope that we get final approval for our markets to resume on St James Square. We would love to be able to welcome along a fantastic group of guest stalls for you all to visit.
Canopy Market, Kings Cross – 16 – 18 October 2020
After a successful return in July, I would like to say thanks to those of you who popped in to see us in Coal Drops Yard. Now I am looking forward to coming back to the West Canopy in October
Handmade in Highgate, The Highgate Literary & Scientific Institution – 20 – 22 November 2020
Muswell Hill Creatives Fair, St James Square, Muswell Hill – 28 November 2020
Please note that some of them haven’t been finalised due to the ever changing situation, so it is wise to check before coming along. Other events will be updated here as they become available.
If you can’t make a market, I am in the studio Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, and I love visitors, appropriate social distancing required of course.
Or, I am taking orders via the website, email and phone. If you want to discuss anything with me, including repairs, it is best to call on 07733 320 969, but emailing enquiries@stephrubbosaddlery.co.uk will also work.
