It’s a rare day that I don’t have projects to be cracking on with, and it is unusual to see my bench so empty in the middle of the day.  However I am doing a bit of social media stuff (the technical term for it) around my planned events for the year. You might have guessed that Craft Festival at Cheltenham is the first of my events for the year.  If you are interested in a complementary ticket, drop me an email to enquiries@stephrubbosaddlery.co.uk and I will put your name in the draw.

Even more astonishing is that Craft Festival was established 20 years ago with an event in Bovey Tracey.   Since that time it has been building a reputation as one of the best events on the craft calendar.  Entry is always carefully curated, creating a fabulous community of some of the best crafts people around.  It has truly been an example of 20 years in the making, and now supports the craft community with events in Bovey Tracey, Cheltenham, Cardigan Castle (new this year) and online as Find a Maker.  They also have a fabulous podcast The Capital of Craft.

I am delighted that once more I have been invited to exhibit in Cheltenham.  You will find me at Cheltenham Town Hall on 8 – 10 March, Friday and Saturday 10 am – 5 pm, Sunday 10 am – 4pm.

Further information about the event and exhibitors can be found on the Craft Festival website.
