My range is deliberately kept simple as that best suits the type of leather I have available.  The majority of card wallets I sell are made from offcuts left over from other commissions.

The English bridle leather I like to work with is typically thicker and stiffer than the leather used for wallets.  However I do sometimes get a batch of offcuts thinned down that I use to make up wallets and other small goods.  And sometimes I am able to repurpose leather from a repairs project.

Making up card wallets is one area where I can let my love for colour go wild.  While the leather is usually confined to the standard range of colours, I can get brightly coloured nappa for the linings, and select bright thread for stitching.  Ask my preference and it will always be a contrasting colour to show off my hand stitching.

I always have a selection in stock and bring them along to markets.

Sometimes I do get contacted by clients who have a specific requirement for a wallet.  The most common requests are for ID Wallets – ones that can be used to show a photo card through a clear panel, so that the ID doesn’t need to be removed from the wallet.
