Bespoke Accessories
I am dedicated to the art of traditional leather work, based around my saddlery training. Using traditional materials, hand tools and techniques – no machine in sight – I produce bespoke items that reflect timeless design, premium quality and attention to detail.
Every item is made to order after being designed in conjunction with the client, setting out the specifications and expectations. Because each product is prepared by hand, every detail can be personalised to your preference. From the choice of leather to monograms, fittings and threads, the client designs their own unique item. Whether it is commissioning a personal item, or a gift for a loved one, I offer a professional and engaging experience from original discussion through to completion.
Bespoke bags, unique to you
From the choice of leather to monograms, fittings and threads, every satchel, messenger bag and box bag is a one-off, designed around your needs and lifestyle. The quality of the bridle leather combined with hand stitching gives the bags structure and strength, while the nappa leather lining lends a sumptuous finish. Choosing a contrasting thread will highlight the attention to detail that lies in every stitch.
Belts (and braces)
No detail is overlooked in the creation of my belts, with each one made to order, handstitched and edged with the same skill and care I would put into a bridle. This also ensures a perfect fit – no stretching for the last hole, or dealing with excess length. Solid leather means no cracking or separating, and a long lifespan. You select the leather and buckle style – or send me a buckle you love and I’ll make a belt to showcase it. Please note: the width of the belt is determined by the size of the buckle.
Keep your cards safe and stylish
Every piece of leather has potential, and I make my card wallets from top quality off-cuts that are too small for bags but too good to waste. Made with matching linen thread, lined with soft nappa for a pop of colour and luxury feel, you can choose from a slip or folding case, or an iconic travel wallet. I make them to fit standard bank or business cards, but also take on commissions for specialised ID holders and badges. Designed for anything from one to 10 cards, the folded design protects them in your pocket or bag while still allowing for easy access.
Quality is my watchword!
After getting frustrated at not being able to source my favourite bright red straps for my Mondaine watch, I decided to start making my own! They may look simple, but each of my watch straps uses the same traditional handcrafting skills and attention to detail as a double dressage bridle. I re-use original branded buckles where possible, and can also supply compatible connectors to give your Apple or Samsung smartwatch a style upgrade.
Presents for your pets
Treat your prized pets to a classic collar, made from English bridle leather in the colour of your choice. Smart and sleek, with either solid brass or nickel-plated furniture, you have a choice of a whole buckle or a half buckle with a leather or metal keeper. And for the ultimate chic, why not add a matching standard or three-in-one training lead? You have the option of a custom length, and a rolled or plaited finish for a practical style statement.
